Gluten-free Chickpea Flour

- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp minced dry rosemary
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp oil (olive, avocado)
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients: 1 cup of chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp minced dried rosemary.
Combine 1/2 cup of water with 1 Tbsp olive oil and mix with the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter on the baking sheet. Smooth the top with a making sure you have an even layer.
Bake for 20 minutes. Carefully flip the large cracker and bake for another 3-4 minutes until it is fully dried.
Use a knife to score and make squares. Allow to fully cool down on the baking sheet before eating.
