Ingredients

ripe bananas
1/2
cup
walnut butter
(or almond, cashew butter)
1/2
cup
cacao powder
Instructions
Turn the oven to 350 F
Place the equivalent of 1.5-2 cups of ripe bananas in a blender.
Add the walnut or almond butter and blend at slow speed.
Add the cacao powder and blend until very smooth.
Taste and add some sweetener if you want.
Pour in the lined baking pan (8x8), smooth the top, and bake for 20 minutes.
The top will be firm. Let it cool down for a few hours before cutting or serving.
Notes
Ideas for fun variations:
Add pieces of candied ginger, dried apricots, or pineapple.
