Easy Oyster Mushroom Stir Fry

Impress your family and friends with this quick (less than 10 minutes) super tasty mushroom stir fry! Serve with rice or pasta.

  • non-stick frying pan


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup snapped peas
  • 12 oz pearl oyster mushrooms


Prepare the mushrooms

  • Make sure the mushrooms don't have any needles or dirt on them.
  • Separate the mushrooms as they will most likely be joined in one clump.
  • Cut each mushroom in half length wise using a sharp knife and place in a bowl.

Prepare the marinade

  • Mix the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced ginger, freshly grated ginger in a small bowl.

Putting it together

  • Heat up the oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms making sure that they don't overlap and sprinkle some salt.
  • After a minute or so, start pouring half of the marinade and gently mix the mushrooms.
  • Add the snap peas and cover for a few minutes.
  • Taste and add black pepper and salt if needed.
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions right before serving.
